Originally from New York, Samuel A. Bonilla graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, and attended law school at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois . Mr. Bonilla is also currently employed as a patrol officer with the Village of Bloomingdale, IL Police Department.  His 9 years of law enforcement experience as a member of  the Department's Tactical Response Team, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and State-Certified Juvenile Officer, are an asset to the law enforcement clients DeAno & Scarry serves. He has extensive knowledge of law enforcement procedures and received the Chief's Award of Merit for developing and integrating an efficient report writing software system used in the processing of police reports. Prior to committing himself to law enforcement, Sam served in the United States Marine Corps during the Gulf War and received several military awards, medals and letters of commendation.
